    • Hi Jesse. Yes turmeric includes many benefits. It actually has been used for so long, even in ancient times. But since the days have changed, more modern, synthetic medication is out there that seems to be prevalent because it is advertised and produced like crazy. I will always stick to natural approaches to battle my mental illnesses.

  3. So many benefits of curcumin and that’s why I take it regularly. I’ve heard it’s good to cycle off it every couple of weeks to improve its effectiveness. Do you think this is true?

    • Hi Vince, thank you for your concern. I have not heard of this theory before. I can understand though. Maybe the theory is suggesting that consuming too much turmeric regularly could be redundant as the natural properties are already working at their maximum effect. However, I don’t think this is a good approach. It is imperative in my opinion to keep these health concerns always in the positive and never let the benefits of turmeric fluctuate. I will always consistently take this vitamins.
