  1. Thanks for your review regarding Omega-3 Fish Oil. Fish oil is considered the potent solution for physical and mental health but like you mention, it’s not possible to digest the required amounts of omega 3s to accomplish full brain activity. I am a huge fan of mackerel and salmon and do eat them regularly but the simplest form to increase omega 3s is by digesting Omega 3 oil supplements.

    I had no idea they were classed as an anti-inflammatory. Reducing inflammation to combat anxiety and depression is a huge bonus not to forget the futures woes regarding dementia and Alzheimer’s.

    We have started juicing all-sorts of fruit and veg nowadays to increase supplements, minerals and vitamins etc. We are trying to eat more healthier,

  2. I had read about omega 3 fish oil before and I had been contemplating about taking it. I am currently in a job where I experienced high stress on many days and sometimes I lose sleep and gets angry over very little things. Does it help better control my mood since I read that you mentioned that fish oil combat depression and various disorders?

    • Hi Leo. Yes, Omega-3 Fish oils help combat depression and other mental disorders. Omega-3’s are considered an anti-inflammatory for the brain. This means that under highly stressful conditions or undesired events, brain inflammation can result leading to depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders. That is not good. Taking Omega-3 fish oils helps combat this inflammation, thereby elevating mood and brain power.
