    Thank you for the detailed information about Mood Boost. I love how it helps with both depression and anxiety. I suffer from anxiety and find it is difficult to get out some days and do what I need to do. I am willing to give this a try. The reviews were very helpful also. I will let you know how it goes.

  2. Hi! Interesting review. I’ve never taken anti-depressants but have definitely considered it. However, many family and friends who take them have crazy side effects that I’d rather avoid. Plus, they can become very dependent on them, which I don’t want. This supplement sounds like a good alternative. I’m wondering if it is something that should be taken consistently, or if it’s only when you need it? If I’m having an intense stressful month and start taking it, will it be ineffective to stop once I feel like I have things under control again?

Consistency does help your body and mind metabolize these ingredients and put them to work, however it is not necessary. Many take this supplement whenever they feel like they are having an off-day full of stress or frustration.

      If you suffer from mental illness such as depression or anxiety, then I would recommend being consistent with your doses for a couple months before easing your way down.

      If you find yourself about to have a hectic, busy day, then I would strongly advise to take one capsule in the morning. Overall, consistency is not needed. You can take how you like and it will kick in rather quickly no matter the situation. It is not unhealthy to be consistent with these vitamins. After all, they are completely natural and pure and doing your body and mind no harm.

  3. I need this supplement! I have been looking up supplements online to help deal with the stress and anxiety I have been feeling over my sudden hearing loss. I don’t have a mental illness per se, but I have been having a really hard time dealing with the fact that 3 months ago I could hear, and now I can’t. So this is perfect!

    I like the fact this supplement is produced on a natural basis. I would not want to take chemical drugs if not absolutely necessary.

  7. I don’t have depression or a mental illness, BUT I am dealing with a health issue that has totally changed everything for me. Now, I just can’t seem to get out of this funk. Anything upsets me or makes me cry. I just want my old life back, but I know that is not going to happen.
