My Testimony with L-Theanine
Like I said, I have been taking L-theanine for around 6 months now and haven’t looked back. Before consuming this supplement, I had high anxiety levels. I would find that my heart rate would rise, fear would instill, and sometimes panic would build inside of me. This wasn’t even in high stress situations. This would be a normal day even if I was alone. In stressful or interactive situations, these symptoms would be worse.
