    I have heard of Ashwagandha oftentimes. In Canada they’re actually called gooseberries. Delicious stuff!

    There is another company that produces this in a supplement that aids for sleep. Do you know anything about this? I have been becoming more and more interested in supplementing especially with this type of stuff due to various concerns.

  2. This sounds like it offers a lot of the same benefits as stimulant antidepressants, like Wellbutrin, without the side effects. I’m gonna have to check it out. I do already take triphala, which is an ayurvedic blend made from three different fruits. That helps a lot, so maybe this will be good to add to the mix.

  5. Hi I actually have been doing intermittent fasting for a really long time and I know that ashwagandha can be great for protecting my immune system. Considering that I do intermittent fasting, when should I consume it?

    • Hi Furkan, ashwagandha I find is best taken when consumed with food. However, it is not necessary. To ensure maximum potential of their benefits, I would consume these capsules during a meal time. (1-2 times daily). Hope this helps.
